reading about rex84 & u.s. concentration camps

Woke. Sleepy and slow-on-the-go, which I think annoyed D a bit. Asked the question, how would you begin a revolution to usurp a government if you saw the need for it? He felt it would have to begin in colleges, where large groups of young, lively, strong people could enroll and take action on the vision.

Interviewing a new fraud team candidate today; very promising. Content meeting...nice to be in a room again together; amazing how much we've grown. Caught up with T over lunch. Sounds like she had a rough vacation...complete drag. Sent an email to freelancers introducing E, and announcing my shift in role over the next couple of months.

Home. Cut D's hair for him...first time I think I ever cut someone's hair. A mohawk...simple work- looks good. A short nap. Made some food, then headed out to meet G for rehearsal. First session with new snare...makes such a difference. Ran through the material, then worked on "Growing Circle," which has a tricky midsection. Found my part and recorded it...sounding cool. "Eye of the Needle" is still problematic, but at least I now have a concept.

Asked G if he thought a revolution was possible in the U.S. I mean, Obama is great, but the system is still a system run by big business. He feels that as long as Americans can still get cheeseburgers and television, it's unlikely.

Hung out at the space and packed up my gear in preparation for the show tomorrow night at the the Middle East. Didn't bother promoting, as there will likely be no room for folks to sit.

Hopped the 77 home, with a quick visit to the supermarket for carrot juice, and tofutti bars.

Blog. Bed.

All feels sound here aside from the mention of weaponry.
Preparedness?
